We are currently seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team, providing onsite and virtual services to support clients in improving workforce health, safety, and injury outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hands-on treatment, early intervention, and workplace-specific injury management.
* Participate in fortnightly site induction training to ensure compliance with customers' onboarding processes.
* Conduct Strong4Life injury prevention training, combining theoretical workshops and onsite walkthroughs to educate workers on task, personal, and environmental injury risk factors.
* Undertake Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Job Task Analyses (JTAs) to assess physical demands and support injury prevention planning.
* Identify suitable candidates for Positivum Health Coaching, delivered via telehealth or onsite to support early intervention and psychosocial risk management.
About the Role:

Onsite Physiotherapist/Osteopath will work 2 days per week, while Rehabilitation Consultant duties will be fulfilled for 3 days per week.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* A qualification in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy is essential.
* Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships are crucial.
* Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team environment are necessary.
