Location: Bayswater, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role
We are seeking a detail‐oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our dedicated team at our office. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager and be responsible for assisting with end‐to‐end payroll processing, ensuring that our team members are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for our growing team
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with award requirements
- Manage superannuation, leave entitlements, and payroll queries
- Assist with reporting and reconciliation as required
- Liaise with Operations and HR teams to support smooth payroll operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Dayforce or similar is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time‐management skills
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
