Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our Plenty Valley location. This role is responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Crew Leadership: Lead, manage, and administer the crew to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, control stock, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
* Training and Development: Train, mentor, and coach crew members to work towards individual and team goals.
* Maintenance of Merchandising Standards: Ensure that merchandising standards are consistently maintained across the store.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of leading and coaching retail teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with crew members and stakeholders.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
