Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (depending on experience)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team in Elsternwick. As a key member of our business, you will oversee the daily retail operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality customer service while supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
* Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies and set prices.
* Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
* Sell goods and services to customers and provide product advice.
* Maintain accurate stock and financial records.
* Undertake budgeting for the retail store.
* Manage selection, training, and supervision of staff.
* Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Criteria
* Experience in retail operations within a multicultural customer environment.
* Ability to implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
