EXPRESSION OF INTEREST | CIVIL LABOURERS | STARTING 2026
JRT Group is a growing and dynamic organisation based in Yeppoon, QLD. With major works commencing in 2026, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated and experienced Civil Labourers who would like to be considered for upcoming roles. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established, reputable organisation involved in major civil and earthmoving projects across the Capricorn Coast region.

This is a local role — applicants must be willing to relocate to the Capricorn Coast.
Please note: FIFO and DIDO options are not available.
About the Role
As a Civil Labourer, you will assist our construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be involved in general civil construction tasks, supporting operators, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
* Assisting operators and trades on site
* Preparing and maintaining construction sites
* Completing basic civil construction tasks (trenching, compacting, concreting, etc.)
* Following site safety procedures and wearing PPE
* Completing daily paper dockets and electronic timesheets
* Assisting with general maintenance and clean-up of machinery and equipment
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has at least 12 months of civil construction experience (road works or subdivisions preferred)
* Strong ability to follow instructions and work safely
* Familiarity with hand tools and small plant equipment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
* Is fit for physical work and able to pass drug and alcohol testing
* Holds a Construction Induction White Card
* Has a current driver's license and reliable transport
