At Check Point, our employees are redefining the security landscape by meeting our customers’ real-time needs and providing our cutting-edge technologies and services to an ever-growing customer base.If you want to make the world a safer place – you belong with us.Key ResponsibilitiesYour role in a nutshellNo two days for a Check Point Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) are the same, from getting hands on with the most advanced technologies in the market, to learning more about the customer’s most pressing security challenges and playing a crucial part in designing a solution, you’re always at the heart of fascinating projects.You will be responsible forWorking closely with our GSI Sales Team in providing recommendations on appropriate Check Point solutions to meet our customer’s cyber security needs.Providing insight and advice to potential and existing customers based on Check Point's best practice, applying your skills and knowledge in our industry to drive the optimal outcome.Lead the technical engagement, addressing technical questions, providing consultative advice and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber WorkshopsSupport the responses to RFI's & RFP's with the relevant bid teamsEngaging and supporting the enablement of key partners and customers on the latest Cyber Security Technologies.Active participation in cyber security eventsQualificationsWhat you bring to the tableDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Industry experienceMinimum of 8 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experiencePossess strong analytical and problem solving skillsHave good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needsExposure to network, cloud and End Point security is advantageousBring a customer first mindset and experience in working with large to medium enterprise organizationsAbility to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsRelevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSEExisting right to work in AustraliaIf this sounds like an ideal role for you then why wait?
