Directly reporting to a highly regarded HR Manager with an educational, mentoring style of leadership, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting a business that operates in a busy, customer-focused environment.
This role is ideal for someone who holds a HR Diploma (or higher) and is driven by creating positive outcomes for people rather than numbers.
Play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, supporting a diverse workforce and ensuring compliance, while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support leaders and team members with onboarding, contracts, and compliance matters
- Manage recruitment, inductions, and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions
- Provide practical advice on HR policies, employee relations, and award interpretation
- Partner with managers to promote best practice people management in a high-volume retail environment
- Utilise systems such as Humanforce, HR3 or similar integrated platforms
- Contribute to HR projects that support engagement, retention, and capability building
About You:
- HR Diploma or higher qualification
- Experience in HR or employee relations within a busy, customer-facing industry - retail experience highly regarded
- Confident presenter with experience facilitating inductions or workshops
- Strong systems knowledge with the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly
- Approachable, collaborative, and passionate about supporting people in a fast-paced setting
