About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key part in how we serve our customers—providing daily support to our Sales team and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience across quoting, ordering, and delivery. This role partners closely with all business departments to ensure that orders and vehicle modifications are delivered on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and communicate expected completion timelines.
* Manage incoming enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Support the Sales team by managing workflows, forecasting orders, and maintaining accurate data.
* Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team and business goals.
* Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to support consistent processes and continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
Who You Are
* A strong relationship-builder with a passion for customer service.
* Experience in automotive parts or light vehicles (highly regarded) but not essential.
* Accountable, reliable, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Pronto ERP is desirable.
* Able to perform confidently in a fast-paced administration environment.
