Your Next Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Allocator to join our Asphalt Team in Victoria, based out of our Williamstown site.
This dynamic role offers you the chance to plan driver schedules in line with customer orders while gaining broad exposure to our concrete operations.
The Allocator coordinates over twenty trucks and is required to build relationships with carters that the operational team rely heavily, on in order to get the correct mix delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Your Day will Involve: Manage asphalt allocations and assist with Customer Service Administration tasks.
Handle a high volume of phone calls Book orders and perform office admin tasks when quieter.
Chase job completions and plan next day schedules.
Use Command software to manage orders and follow up on large end-of-week orders.
Schedule and roster our driver fleet.
Communicate with customers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery.
What We're Looking For: Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time (preferred).
Strong customer service focus with a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
