**Duties will include**:
- Provide accurate and efficient advice to the branch network, customers, and undertake research when required.
- Keep up to date with changes and technology within the automotive / industrial industry.
**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive aftermarket (Australia and New Zealand)
- Previous experience in a network support, customer contact and sales environment (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated attention to detail with data management ability
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a cohesive team environment
- Competent user of Database platforms and MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate) and MS Access.
