About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to undertake high‐quality conveyancing work within a busy conveyancing practice.
Reporting directly to the appropriate manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Creating new files and onboarding new clients
* Updating existing files for existing clients
* Ordering searches & preparing contracts
* Reviewing sale/purchase contracts & responding to contractual enquiries
* Preparing matters for exchange of contracts and facilitating exchange of contracts process
* Associated conveyancing tasks as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in Conveyancing within NSW
* Licensed Conveyancer or long‐term Conveyancing Assistant
