Responsibilities 
- Lead numeracy teaching across Prep–Year 6, coordinating coaching and mentoring, curriculum planning, and modelling evidence-based teaching practices. 
- Collaborate with the senior school mathematics department and junior school teachers to build strong mathematical foundations. 
- Engage family support to enhance student numeracy outcomes. 
- Contribute to innovative pedagogical reform and design outcome-focused curriculum and assessments. 
- Analyse, interpret and apply data for continuous improvement in numeracy outcomes. 
- Provide professional leadership in middle years mathematics and numeracy education. 
Qualifications & Requirements 
- Numeracy specialised expertise and experience. 
- Commitment to inclusive practice. 
- Ability to lead pedagogical reform and design outcome-focused curriculum and assessment. 
- Ability to analyse, interpret and apply data for continuous improvement. 
- International Baccalaureate Middle and Primary Years Programme experience well regarded. 
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with students, colleagues and parents. 
- Dedication to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service and risk adversity. 
- Disciplinary tertiary qualifications. 
- Teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) and current First Aid certification. 
- Physical fitness to work across a vibrant campus and perform manual handling tasks.
