Job Responsibilities
* Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
* Employ, lead, train, and develop a dedicated team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
* Plan staff rosters to cover 7 days per week opening hours.
* Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
* Implement and evaluate marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues.
* Plan and organise special displays, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
