We are looking for a dedicated, flexible and service‐oriented individual to fill our Housekeeping Team Leader position. The Housekeeping Team Leader is in charge of supervising Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson, assisting the Housekeeping Manager to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. The role includes assigning job tasks, inspecting clean rooms, training staff and ensuring the team consistently displays excellent guest services.
Qualifications
* Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
* Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
* Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial
* Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team
* Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia
