**About the Opportunity**
The role of Supplier Relationships Manager is an integral part of the Global Supply Procurement team, with the key focus being around maximising contract return that contributes to Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) profit or delivers a commercial outcome to the business.
You will manage and enhance supplier relationships and agreements with a goal of improving returns to the FCTG business via increased available margins, override returns and product sales across all business units (Leisure and Corporate).
The Supplier Relationships Manager will also ensure that FCTG has the broadest range of available content for frontline selling businesses and actively engage with airline partners to be at the forefront of New Distribution Capability (NDC) discussions, connectivity and specialised content.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- Negotiate and secure profitable commercial agreements
- Maximise margins, overrides, SLA
- Proactive data analysis and reporting trends
- Deliver improved efficiencies to drive increased sales and sustainable contracting methods
- Ensure the widest range of content available through GDS and/or NDC channels
- Build relationships with supplier partners and identify new opportunities
- Ongoing negotiation and supplier management
- Drive commercial speed to market
- Implementation of an Air Procurement strategy that supports the profitable sales of local, regional and global air preferred partner contracts
- Delivering on total transaction value (TTV), margin and override growth ensuring targets are achieved
- Proactively communicate and engage with Brand Business Leaders, teams and support operational teams across disciplines
**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Airline industry
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Travel trade industry
- Demonstrated ability to improve FCTG profit through supplier negotiations
- Strong experience in supplier relationship management
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to travel as required
