FLEET OFFICER
Our client, Barwon Asset Solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to manage fleet services operations. This is a 6-month assignment with strong potential for extension.
This position will provide fleet administration support to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor fleet for employees and authorised users.

What We're Looing For:
* Previous fleet administration or fleet management experience.
* Experience using complex database and computer systems.
* Transport or fleet coordination experience.
* Strong administration and spreadsheet skills
* Certificate of Logistics or similar qualification (desirable)
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.
* Well established interpersonal skills and the ability to build quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, quality and change management.
* Current Police Check
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities:
* Database management - managing online portals with vehicle/driver information, GPS information, fuel cards etc.
* Day to Day operations - fleet, speaking with end users, issues raised re: pool cars.
* Spreadsheet work orders- raising, updating, closing work orders.
* Spreadsheet New orders- tracking steps for new vehicles, Comms to end users, ordering items.
* Invoicing to stakeholders, Mechanics invoicing, cross checking information is correct.
* Contribute to successful Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for operational fleet performance.
* Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with industry best practice and standards.
* Track vehicle orders and communicate to stakeholders
* Assist end users with new registration, allocation of new plant and equipment into system that require tracking/registration.
* Ensure new plant, new vehicles details are accurately captured and maintained into the system)
* Report turnaround time to finance, and ensure purchases/sales tracking sheet is kept current
* Coordinate Pool Car maintenance
