Clinical Governance Manager – Multi‐Site Operations

Hybrid Role – North Brisbane base with travel to Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast.

I'm partnering with a large NFP healthcare provider seeking an experienced Clinical Governance leader to provide strategic oversight across its multi‐site operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, Clinical Governance, this senior role plays a critical part in strengthening governance frameworks, driving quality improvement and ensuring regulatory compliance across residential aged care, disability, community and mental health services.

This position offers the opportunity to influence organisational strategy while leading complex governance initiatives across geographically dispersed services.

Role

You will provide expert clinical leadership across governance, risk and quality functions, ensuring consistent application of standards and regulatory requirements across all service streams.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading organisation‐wide clinical governance and quality programmes
* Overseeing audit processes, recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives
* Providing strategic leadership in clinical risk management, including incident investigation and root cause analysis
* Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and relevant regulatory frameworks
* Supporting service leaders to embed evidence‐based practice
* Contributing to organisational planning and future service model development
About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Nursing with 10+ years' clinical experience, including leadership roles
* Demonstrated experience overseeing governance across multiple sites or complex services
* Strong knowledge of aged care, disability and community regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to lead through influence and build consensus across multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem‐solving capabilities
* Own car and driver's licence required with travel competent of the role

Post‐graduate qualifications in health management, governance or quality are highly regarded.
