We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our Security Solutions Team.
About you:
* Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
* Proficiency in Access Control, CCTV and Alarms
* Understanding of legislation around electronic security and monitoring
* Highly organised individual with an eye for detail and good time management
* Customer focus mindset
* Understanding of performing security installations in accordance with Australian Building Codes and Australian Standards
* Works well within a team and autonomously
Your Electronic Security Technician day to day duties will include:
* Advise on, and install, electronic security systems as required
* Perform routine maintenance, testing on these systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with Australian and Tasmanian regulations
* Provide technical support to other members of the security team and collaborate with external vendors
* Keep accurate records of security system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
* Diagnose malfunctions of electronic security systems for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain systems
