Office Manager ; Exhibitions/Events/Signs and Displays
The Exhibitionist 2D–3D Designs has been operating for 36 years and is recognised across Northern Australia for its work in exhibitions & events, signage & large-format graphics, vehicle & boat wraps, interactive and experiential design.
We are green and growing, and we are looking for the right person to take the reins.
The preferred candidate must have experience in events, exhibitions, or signage and displays, and be a multi-skilled designer/installer who can oversee installations with excellent results.

Interactive and experiential design
About You
We require a natural communicator and organiser, equally comfortable talking with clients, mentoring staff, pricing jobs, solving problems, and seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.
Confident, calm and solutions-focused

Commercially minded and organised
Creative, practical and proactive A genuine people person
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Directors and take ownership of:
Quoting & estimating
Office administration & workflow management
Customer meetings, site surveys & client liaison
Business development ideas & solutions
Team communication, mentoring & support
Networking and relationship building
Assisting with strategic planning and future growth
Essential Experience
You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following industries:
Signage
Exhibitions & events
Displays & fit-outs
Graphic design / large-format print
Vehicle or balloon wraps
Interpretive signage or exhibitions
You don't need to be a designer — but you must understand the industry and be able to confidently talk scope, quality, timelines and solutions.

$100,000 – $135,000 salary (depending on experience)
