Description Blackmores has embarked on a strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. As part of this journey, we are implementing a new enterprise-wide ERP and PLM solution to drive operational efficiency, standardisation, and improved product lifecycle management (PLM). We are seeking a PLM Specialist to support the successful implementation of ERP PLM by championing fit-to-standard processes, ensuring data quality, and enabling strong adoption across the business. This role is ideal for someone from within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry, who has worked in quality assurance or regulatory affairs. Someone who has worked with SAP with a focus on product data is ideal. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, based in Surry Hills, NSW, with flexible working arrangements available. Responsibilities include • Leading PLM data cleansing and preparation activities to ensure system readiness and data integrity • Participating in detailed design workshops and contributing to solution design decisions • Supporting and contributing to user acceptance testing (UAT), driving user engagement and readiness for go-live • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining “to-be” process documentation and standard operating procedures, leveraging Signavio for clarity and consistency • Collaborating on the development of training materials and delivering training to enable adoption across the organisation • Building strong partnerships across the business and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders • Reviewing PLM-related deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment to business requirements Who are you? You are a collaborative and detail-oriented PLM professional who thrives in transformation environments and is passionate about improving processes, data quality, and user experience.
