Role Purpose
The Change Manager is responsible for performing an important role in ensuring the smooth adoption of new systems, processes.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Deliver practical change management strategies that enable service readiness and successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, systems, and workflows.
Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose change plans aligned to project milestones and stakeholder needs.
Engage and support a wide range of stakeholders through clear communication, targeted engagement, and facilitation activities.
Experience & Skills
Demonstrated experience delivering large‑scale change initiatives, with a hands‑on approach to impact assessment, stakeholder preparation, and business transition.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex change management roles
Proven capability to work hands‑on in large, technology‑enabled change programs.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and self‑directed, with the ability to deliver in fast‑paced environments.
