Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily vessel operations, including rostering, team briefings, and debriefings. They will also assist with training initiatives and ongoing development of staff.
About the Role
* Lead and support our cruise attendants to deliver outstanding customer service
* Supervise daily vessel operations, including scheduling, team meetings, and debriefs
* Assist with employee training and development programs
* Act as primary point of contact for customer service during periods of leave
* Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner
Key Qualifications
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006) or willingness to obtain
* Leadership skills with ability to motivate, guide, and support a team
* Flexibility to work on vessels and adapt to a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
