Account Partner - Metro Melbourne

Roles & Responsibilities
* Digital Solution Sales to Real Estate agency clients.
* Drive revenue and relationship growth, manage product adoption and increase brand loyalty.
* Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: first meetings, demonstrations, business case building, contract execution, and performance reporting.
* Consultative solution selling both virtually and in person, deepening customer relationships and promoting product adoption.
* Support activity for Key Accounts during busy periods.
* Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.
* Provide world‐class customer service, efficiently resolving client queries and operational issues.
* Maintain and grow knowledge of the Residential Real Estate tech solutions space.
Typical Activities
* Get to know key clients' businesses intimately through collaboration and partnership.
* Present Domain insights to stakeholders and attend customer events and sales meetings.
* Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.
* Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products that solve client problems.
* Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive tactics, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling or account management.
* Comfortable with long sales cycles and steadily developing relationships.
* Strong negotiation and objection handling skills, driving win‐win outcomes.
* Confident public speaker and presenter to client sales teams and decision‐makers.
* Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through storytelling.
* Own or have reliable access to a vehicle; able to travel across the Metro Melbourne region.
Nice to Haves
* Sales experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising, or Software industries.
* Face‐to‐face sales experience.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
