Bringing together a team of highly trained and experienced psychologists across NSW, Thrive Psychology aims to assist individuals struggling with mental health issues. We see children from 7 years of age to adults, including private clients, personal injury insurance scheme clients and NDIS participants.
Our psychologists utilise evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care approaches to deliver high-quality support to clients.

The Opportunity
Registered Psychologists will be responsible for delivering therapy to a varied caseload, supported by experienced staff. Expertise in complex cases is highly desirable. Part time or contract roles will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide psychological assessment and intervention for diverse client needs.
· Manage both private and NDIS caseloads.
· Collaborate with clients, families, and allied professionals.
· Maintain accurate clinical records per standards.
· Participate in meetings and supervision.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
· Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
· Medicare provider eligibility.
· years of relevant experience preferred.
· Strong NDIS knowledge and reporting skills.
· Excellent communication and writing abilities.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks.

Skills & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* AHPRA Registration as a registered psychologist
* Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Sound clinical reasoning skills
