We're looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Seymour

We need individuals who are ready to work at different times and bring their best to every shift
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities like cleaning, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Provide support and companionship through activities and day to day living.
* Help with mobility and transportation needs.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
* Support in implement individualised care plans tailored to the client.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
* Ensure accurate records and documentation are recorded.
Essentials
* Current NDIS worker screening (or willing to obtain).
* Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
* Reliable vehicle
* Comprehensively insured (we have a fleet of vehicles available for employee use, but some personal use of your vehicle may be required).
Requirements
* Certification in disability support or related field preferred.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities including behaviours of concerns.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of disability rights and advocacy.
* Reliable and honest
