About the role Reporting to the Account Manager and collaborating closely with the in-house advertising team, your role will ensure that all content and production processes are compliant. Responsibilities include; Confidently liaising with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating files as required. Consistently meeting strict deadlines. Managing changes and correspondence effectively. Overseeing copywriters and designers to ensure timely completion of work. Making informed judgements and identifying potential issues. Other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising. About you You will have experience in advertising production with a keen eye for detail. You will also have: Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units. Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to follow procedures and work independently. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
