Our team works together to support the overall success of the organisation by partnering with leaders to foster a positive work culture. Our primary responsibilities include:
* Supporting the HR function
* Developing and implementing procedures and practices
* Working closely with the talent acquisition team
* Preparing and reviewing documentation
* Providing ongoing advice on policies and procedures
* Leading investigations and disciplinary matters
