**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Manager to join our Channel Sales team. As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Partners, guiding their business strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of Odoo solutions to end customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Empower Partners with high-quality training on selling and implementing Odoo solutions
* Collaborate with Partners to design tailored implementation packages that meet the needs of end customers
* MATCHING END CUSTOMERS WITH THE RIGHT LOCAL PARTNERS BASED ON THEIR NEEDS
* SUPPORT NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS TO CLOSE DEALS SUCCESSFULLY
* HELP PARTNERS UNDERSTAND HOW ODOO CAN STREAMLINE THEIR OPERATIONS AND INTEGRATE INTO THEIR BUSINESS MODEL
* BUILD AND NURTURE LONG-TERM, TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS
* ENSURE PARTNERS ARE ALIGNED WITH ODOO'S STRATEGIC DIRECTION TO DRIVE COLLECTIVE SUCCESS
