* Uniting is looking for a Scheduling and Admin Support Officer – Gerringong.

About the Role
Working closely with the Workforce Coordinator and FlexConnect Pool team, you will:
* Coordinate and maintain accurate, responsive rosters across multiple services to ensure safe and effective staffing coverage
* Deliver efficient administrative and rostering support to the FlexConnect Pool and broader Seniors Services team
* Ensure rostering practices align with relevant legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and best-practice workforce principles
* Proactively identify and escalate staffing gaps, risks or improvement opportunities
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders regarding roster updates, changes and expectations
* Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive workforce information with integrity
* Support meetings and local events, including logistics, preparation of agendas and distribution of minutes
* Provide project and administrative support as required by the Workforce Coordinator
* Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and, where appropriate, assist with supervision, training coordination and recruitment activities
Skills & experience
You will bring:
* Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent relevant qualification)
* Demonstrated experience in high-volume rostering across multiple services
* The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage reactive rostering demands
* Strong time management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* A methodical approach to administration, record keeping and compliance
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Confidence handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
