Your new role
As Admin/Warranty Clerk, you'll play an important role in ensuring all warranty processes are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and are followed through to completion. You'll look for ways to continuously improve the warranty process to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction, enabling us to support our customers in a prompt and efficient manner. As required, you will also support with general admin and customer service duties.
What you'll be doing
Providing a high level of customer service in person and via phone/email
Coordinating warranty administration ensuring manufacturer requirements are met
Liaising with the workshop to ensure work performed is in line with manufacturer guidelines
Preparing tax invoices, taking payments and supporting the flow of service customers
About you
In this role, we're looking for someone who has:
A strong blend of customer service and administrative experience
A friendly demeanour and can-do attitude
The ability to stay organised and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and working knowledge of MS Office programs
A drivers licence is mandatory for this position
