Maintenance Planner Administrator Job
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Planner Administrator to join our team.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally, working on a variety of specialized equipment.
* Maintain and monitor maintenance & NHVR compliance.
* Ensure internal corporate KPI compliance.
* Record & archive pre-starts and enter hours into maintenance management system.
* Complete weekly maintenance reports.
* Coordinate availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities, faults, and repairs with operations team across Australia.
* Update and complete work orders.
* Handle procurement, quotes, invoicing and freight.
* Assist with asset acquisitions & disposals.
* Engage subcontractors for overflow works.
* Book and arrange travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel.
* Prepare maintenance KPI reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Secondary or tertiary education.
* Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred.
* Email management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skills preferred.
* A willingness and ability to travel frequently.
* Presentation skills, with strong organizational abilities.
* At least 2 years' experience working in a similar position.
* Self-motivation and capability to work autonomously and within deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Accounts payable experience preferred.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
* Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly.
* Flexible approach with strong business acumen.
