Salary: Up to $130,000 (based on Experience) + $2,000 sign on bonus + $2,500 PD + Annual/Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
Location: Gledswood Hills, NSW
An exciting and rewarding opportunity is currently available for Speech Pathologists to join a multidisciplinary team! We have clinic-based and mobile roles available, working with a diverse paediatric caseload supporting children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs.
Duties will include (depending on experience):
- Senior roles - providing mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and graduates to support the team.
- All roles - provide comprehensive early intervention and care coordination to young people to assist them in achieving the goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan.
- Work with clients to implement informal and standardised assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients’ health.
- Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carer
- Communicate and assess needs clearly and precisely to the client and funding organisation
- Participate in clinical review and supervision, ensuring service standards are met
- Ensure high quality of service delivery, by working within the principles of Best Practice in Mental Health Service delivery

Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance
- Working rights in Australia
