Your New Role
* Reporting to the Regional Manager this role will oversee our Mackay, Coalfields & Gladstone operations. Focused on providing exceptional end‑to‑end customer service that maximizes every opportunity for growth and long‑term sustainable relationships, this role will also:
* Ensure ongoing excellence in the branch and a high and consistent quality of ongoing work. This is inclusive of financial performance.
* Lead a high‑performance culture aligned with our values that ensures people are held to account for their performance, conduct and behaviours.
* Engage, energise, communicate with and motivate the team, increasing awareness, cohesion and participation in Ausco's whole‑of‑business activities.
* Recruit, develop and onboard a high‑performance team in consultation with the Regional Manager.
About You
* Renowned as a leader who is collaborative and able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously you will have proven experience with managing and leading teams. Other desired skills and experience include:
* Experience in senior sales or middle management roles, preferably within the construction and or commercial industry.
* Demonstrated experience in leading change and driving accountability for high performance.
< mature and supportive outlook with good coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage a team and deliver continuous training and support.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the courage and ability to have difficult conversation.
