We're now seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to join us as Director of Business Development. This key individual contributor role is focused on acquiring new enterprise clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
If you have a proven track record in opening doors, building trust with senior stakeholders, and closing complex deals, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all stages of the sales cycle to win new logo enterprise clients
* Identify opportunities across major industries such as financial services, retail, telco, government, and tech
* Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, leveraging AI, CRM, and automation tools
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide consultative, insight-led conversations
* Manage your own pipeline and forecasting with strong CRM discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven success in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, technology services, consulting or CX solutions)
* Experience closing complex, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders
* Commercial mindset and confidence working with C-suite buyers
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy
* BPO or CX experience is helpful, but not required — strong enterprise sales DNA matters most
