About the role
MODCO is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join our team in Wollongong. This full-time role will see you working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract administration support across all phases of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations
* Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation
* Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Mentor and support junior staff
What we're looking for
* 3–5 years' experience in contract administration in construction
* Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Procore and MS Office
* Organised, detail-focused and proactive
