Senior System Administrator (Workforce Management)
We're looking for an experienced 2 x Workforce Software (WFS) System Administrator (Senior and more Junior role) to take ownership of a complex workforce management environment. The positions are critical in ensuring accurate time and attendance processing, compliant award interpretation, and reliable integration into payroll systems. You'll act as the subject matter expert for WFS, working across Payroll, Operations, and Technology, while also mentoring team members and driving system improvements.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain and configure WFS (pay rules, work rules, schedules, time codes)
* Ensure accurate and compliant time capture aligned to Awards and EBAs
* Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with payroll systems (e.g. ECP)
* Lead release cycles, testing, and system enhancements
* Resolve complex issues and provide stakeholder support
* Maintain governance, documentation, and access controls
* Mentor team members and provide technical oversight
About you:
* Strong experience with Workforce Software or similar WFM (UKG/Kronos etc.) platforms
* Deep understanding of Awards/EBA interpretation in system configuration
* Proven experience with time & attendance and payroll integrations
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to lead, coach, and uplift system capability within a team
