**Job Title:** Senior Change Manager
As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and deliver successful project outcomes across the organisation.

You will be responsible for driving portfolio and program-level change strategy, developing strategies to sustain change and realise project benefits (ROI), managing change outcomes, providing coaching and support, managing stakeholder engagement and communications, embedding change, benefits management, and contributing to project integration via the identification and management of interdependencies between projects within the Business Improvement portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have Professional qualifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI accreditation) or other relevant qualification (e.g., Strategic Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, etc). You'll require extensive knowledge and expertise with demonstrated experience in a change management position, advanced working knowledge of Change Management approaches, principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI), and proven analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills. You should also possess exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
