Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Reservations Agent, located in Maadi, QLD. The Hotel Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling reservation requests, maintaining accurate booking records, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. Daily responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting with customer questions, providing information about accommodations, and managing cancellations or modifications to existing reservations. The role also involves documenting customer needs and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
* Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
* Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing booking records
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Maadi, QLD
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Proficiency in using reservation or property management software is advantageous
