The Role
We are on the hunt for casual or full-time Commis Chef, Demi Chef, and Chef de Partie to join the team at Coogee Pavilion ground floor. This is a busy venue right on the beach front, with multiple food outlets including a sushi bar and pizza kitchen. We are looking for someone that can bring:
* 2+ years' similar experience in a casual or bistro style restaurant
* Experience across the kitchen with experience on grill, pans and fish prep would be ideal
* Good communication, attitude an attention to detail
* Good knife skills and has high-volume experience
* Can manage a section if at CDP level and train junior staff
* Enjoy working in a fun and supporting environment
