Account Executive
Location: Fully Remote - Must live in Victoria, Australia

Join a high-growth Monday.com partner, where you’ll sell cutting-edge workflow automation solutions into Australia’s fastest-moving sectors including QSR, Mining, and Retail.
About the Role
This is a 100% new business role focused on winning logos in Victoria. You’ll be selling a mix of professional services and Monday.com licenses with deal sizes ranging from $8K to $20K. The role requires a proven ability to run a full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demo, close, using MEDDPICC methodology. You'll work closely with the CEO and a tight-knit team to grow a strategic patch from the ground up.
Key Facts About the Role:
* OTE: $200K (Uncapped, 10% commission on all sales)
* Target: $500K annual ($350K professional services + $100K in USD license revenue)
* Sales Cycle: 2–3 weeks on average
* CRM: Monday.com
* Leads: Mostly outbound, occasional inbound via Monday.com and marketing
* Inherit 10 to 20 accounts
Responsibilities
* Identify, pitch, and close new business across Victoria
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise clients
* Use MEDDPICC for structured discovery and deal qualification
* Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales for campaign-driven outreach
* Build long-term relationships to drive upsell and retention opportunities
Ideal Skills and Experience
* Proven experience winning new business in SaaS, services, or workflow automation
* Strong outbound/hunter mindset with a track record of closing deals
* Experience selling with MEDDIC or similar discovery-led frameworks
* Based in Victoria and able to travel locally if needed
* Bonus: Familiarity with Monday.com or platforms like Asana, ClickUp, Jira

* Self-motivated and highly autonomous
* Able to thrive in a remote-first, startup-style environment
* Strong communicator with executive presence
* Curious, coachable, and outcome-oriented

* Reports to the CEO working with 3 sales colleagues
* Support includes marketing campaigns, webinars, monday.com training, and a pre-sales solutions engineer
