We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Contract Administrator to oversee all aspects of contract administration. In this role, you will manage complex contracts from preparation to execution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, senior leadership, and the legal team to identify and mitigate risks, control costs, and ensure timely completion of projects.

* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
* Monitor project budgets and costs, prepare cost reports, and manage procurement processes.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve disputes.
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and records, prepare project status reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
* Proven track record in managing contracts for large-scale construction projects.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
