Business Analysis Role
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic roadmap and aligning with our Corporate functions.
This newly created Business Analyst position involves defining and implementing initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing, developing, configuring, and testing solutions to address operational challenges and enhance our systems.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective system solutions for business requirements.
* Designing and documenting business requirements, functional design documents, and business cases for proposed work.
* Reviewing, refining, and assessing enhancement backlogs to identify business process improvements.
* Contributing to the successful execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, modern digital solutions, and business process optimization.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Proven experience working with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI-driven applications, automation tools, and system integrations.
* Strong ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
* Previous experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
