Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

* This role involves providing exceptional support and service to our community at the local office (Community Service Centre).
* You will be responsible for offering comprehensive administrative assistance to casework teams.
* Maintaining accurate record management systems and managing office supplies is also an essential part of this position.


Key Responsibilities:

* Client Services: Provide front line services to the community, ensuring high-quality support and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
* Administrative Support: Offer detailed administrative assistance to casework teams, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
* Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
* Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and perform other tasks as required.


Requirements:

* Candidates should possess: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications or training may be preferred.
* Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
