The Role

The company is on the hunt for an experienced Commercial Sales Executive in Adelaide, South Australia to add to the commercial sales team. This role reports to the Commercial Sales Manager (Australia) focusing on new market channels, along with new core business.

The Commercial Sales Executive offers a tremendous ability to build rapport and relationships within the health and fitness industry, primarily focusing on offering equipment solutions for health and fitness facilities, diversifying into new market channels and customer segments.


Essential Skills and Experience needed to succeed

* A true hunter mindset - you proactively seek out new business, generate leads, and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) B2B sales, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Experience in health and fitness industry is essential.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
* Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously, managing your own pipeline and hitting targets without constant supervision.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with decision‑makers across various industries.
* A strategic thinker who can identify market trends and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
* Willingness to travel across the lower North Island and South Island as required.
