We're expanding our school-based programs in Gladstone and looking for a practical, people-first Trainer & Assessor to guide high school learners through Certificate II in Engineering Pathways.
Sessions are hosted at a central training workshop — so no endless driving between schools

What You'll Do
· Deliver engaging, hands-on training and assessment aligned to the Cert II in Engineering Pathways.
· Coach and mentor school students to build real workplace skills and confidence
· Maintain compliant records and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery
What You Bring
· Trade qualification in Engineering/Mechanical Fitter / Fitter and Turner (or related discipline) with current industry currency
· TAE (or willingness to obtain) and a valid Blue Card (or eligibility to apply)
· A knack for engaging young people and making practical learning click
· Positive energy, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
