We are seeking a warm, motivated, and highly organised Administration Officer to join our busy paediatric allied health clinic in Gungahlin.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients and supporting our dedicated clinicians.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting and supporting children and families with warmth and care
* Managing client bookings, schedules, and communication
* Assisting clinicians with administration, documentation, and resources
* Coordinating clinic operations to ensure a smooth flow of services
* Supporting projects that improve client care and team efficiency
What We're Looking For
* A friendly, compassionate communicator who loves helping people
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Previous administration or reception experience (health or community sector preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence with technology and managing systems
