Senior Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced hotel sales professional to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships.
* Lead the development of a sales strategy aligned with commercial goals and brand positioning.
* Drive revenue growth across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business.
* Build and manage a high-performance sales team focused on results, relationships, and creativity.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, agencies, and local stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Revenue and Brand Marketing to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.
* Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, producing accurate reporting and actionable insights.
* Work closely with operations and brand teams to ensure guest and client expectations are met.
* Ensure all sales practices comply with brand standards and local regulations.
Requirements:
* You're an experienced hotel sales leader with 5–7 years in the industry, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
* You know the Australian market inside and out, and opening experience is beneficial.
* You've built or helped shape a sales function before – and know how to balance strategy with hustle.
* You're a natural relationship-builder with a strong network and a knack for storytelling that converts.
