Description
* Deliver accurate and timely fee calculations for adviser clients across multiple fee structures
* Support all aspects of revenue processing, including reconciliations and reporting
* Maintain and improve fee-related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on fee-related matters
* Collaborate with technology teams to test and implement system changes or automation enhancements
* Conduct regular audits to validate fee calculations and revenue records
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee calculations, liaising with internal teams as needed
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fees and revenue management
Profile
A successful Fee Analyst should have:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Excel is mandatory
* Knowledge of financial services, particularly within banking and financial services operations.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
* Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
