As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in leading the maintenance and enhancement of our clients OutSystems application suite. You will ensure that the Policy Admin Systems running on the OutSystems Platform are optimally configured and continuously upgraded to meet business needs.
Your leadership and technical expertise will guide the team in delivering practical solutions that contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote the OutSystems Policy Administration System platform across business units, advocating its capabilities and benefits.
* Participate in diverse initiatives to leverage OutSystems technology to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Lead a team of developers in maintaining high standards of application performance and security. -
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable, high-performance applications.
* Ensure timely updates and configuration of the OPAL application to align with evolving business requirements.
Key competencies required
Experience:
* Minimum 5+ years in delivering solutions using the OutSystems Platform or another leading low-code platform
* 5+ years in a Tech Lead position;
* 10+ years in various development languages/technologies
* Proven experience in integrating OutSystems applications with external data sources and applications.
* Background in the insurance industry, with familiarity in areas such as Annuities, Growth Bonds, and Life Insurance.
* Certified in OutSystems 11 (Tech Lead certification highly regarded).
