EOC Group, in partnership with Team Civil, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety & Systems Advisor to ensure the highest levels of safety, environmental, and quality compliance across our projects.
About Team Civil
Team Civil is an Adelaide-based multi-disciplined civil engineering construction business established in 1993, working effectively under varying contracting models, we offer full turn-key infrastructure solutions. Team Civil offers an array of services including design and construct, early contractor involvement, alliance, and construct only contract models.
Our multi-faceted construction expertise specialises in small to large, complex, and highly technical civil infrastructure projects, particularly relating to Utility Authorities and Government infrastructure projects. Partnering with tier-one design firms optimises the design and minimises site works that offer viable and cost-effective solutions.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, and Beltrame's Integrated Management System.
* Support, coordinate, and advise on health, safety, environmental, and quality practices.
* Deliver training programs across HSEQ, safety systems, and risk management.
* Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and close out corrective actions.
* Undertake internal audits and assist with external HSEQ audits.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Managers to deliver projects safely with strong quality outcomes.
* Engage clients, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure safety and quality requirements are achieved.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in a similar HSEQ role.
* Diploma in HSEQ or Certificate IV in WHS (minimum).
* Strong knowledge of ISO certification requirements (9001, 14001,
* Excellent problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with safety systems software (HSEQ Manager / Asset Guard desirable).
* First Aid, CPR, Fire Warden, ICAM Lead Investigator qualifications desirable.
